Hi John, You are skipping the integrity check already and you are not sending any data across the network. This really only leaves a few things left to check, the mailbox history, the Exchange Server "prepare" function, and the snapshot itself.
I recommend opening a PMR to see where the issue is. The support team can get a trace and find out which step the delay is occurring in.
