Please ensure that service is up and running then executed the tdpexcc query exchange and tsm commands. On the dsm.opt file, the NODENAME parameter is pointing to the virtual server name on the MSCS, as recommended by the TDP for Exchange Installation Guide... I did TDP for Exchange installations in MSCS environments before, with Exchange 2003....and everything was fine.
