I don't have any trouble going to the FTP site, THANK GOODNESS!! I'm talking about the Tivoli web pages on the IBM support site. A lot of new users are not ready to navigate the FTP site and figure out patch/fix levels on their own; we have taught many support people to start with the Tivoli web pages, which have NICE select drop downs to help them figure out the current levels of code they need; when they click the web page, it sends them to the RIGHT PLACE on the FTP site. Either the web pages should WORK, or they should be eliminated entirely. They should not be implemented in a broken state.
