ANS0299E is indeed documented.

You can use the online help to find the information about the message:

   dsmc help

Keep pressing 'd' until you get to the messages, then select the menu item
that corresponds to the range of messages that include ANS0299E.

Hi all,

I've migrated one client NT 4.0 SP6 from TSM 4.2.0.0
to TSM 4.2.1.20. All was OK untill I tried to restart
TSM services, one of them (scheduler) doen't start and
reply in dsmsched.log file :

07.02.2002 14:27:13 ANS0299E Scheduler cannot be
started manually because the value of MANAGEDSERVICES
option is SCHEDULE.

ANS0299E message is not documented, so I've tried to
desinstall and reinstall this service by dsmcutil
utility without success...

Any idea ?
