I know, this is an old one, but I finally found the command to migrate
the passwords stored in the registry into the new tsm.kdb files
without knowing the actual node-password:
"C:\Program Files\Tivoli\TSM\baclient\dsmcutil.exe" migratepw
It's that simpel :(
