That would not work as I don't know the old password.  Passwords get
automatically forced to update from the storage server end periodically and
the only place they are "known" is in the encrypted registry entry.  The
only way I can "know" as password is to ask our storage team to reset it on
the TSM storage server and then apply that to the client.  Somehow the
installer takes the encrypted registry password and converts it to the new
method.

Maybe that command does not need all those options?
