Since you did not mention your operating system, *sm level ( which is not
needed in this case :> ), we can not help you :)
Ok. Since I have seen this... I assume it is AIX, and I assume you did not
change your default network options settings :)
So, please check "no -a" results, especially sb_max.
Neway.. try this:
"/usr/sbin/no -o thewall=131072 -o sb_max=2097152 -o rfc1323=1 \
-o tcp_recvspace=1048572 -o tcp_sendspace=1048572"
