They have changed the hyph-utf8 package on 2024-01-10... Just give me a moment, I will update the recipe. BTW, one can install from a cache of files (set when I wrote and tested the recipes, quite recently) by passing the "-c" (options have to be passed separately: "-a -c") or, alternatively, by setting in the environment: KERTEX_PKG_SRC_SRV='http://downloads.kergis.com/kertex/pkg/src/' But if you can wait an hour or less, the problem should be harmless and I will update the recipe.
