There is no need for the 2 mirrors both on c1t0 and c2t0 one mirrored rpool with multiple zfs datasets will provide the same performance with easier admin.
As for overlapping zpools, well it can be done, but I'm not sure how well it'll perform, or if there are any issues with zpools sharing disks.
