I don't believe that there's any performance difference.  That depends
on the pool which is already shared by them.

If there's ever a chance that you'd want different quotas between them
(or space reservations), or want different snapshot policies, then
creating them as separate filesystems seems to make sense and give you
somewhat more flexibility.

If you had hundreds, then the overhead of managing all those filesystems
might be annoying.  At four, I wouldn't worry about it as much.
