Correct, in our case we've been using VxVM for years. We're comfortable with it, it does what we want, vxfs performance is outstanding, and we move storage around [u]A LOT[/u] as our SAN storage changes. So for the time being, the benefits won't allow us to give up the ability to shrink/remove on the fly. I should add that I am very excited about ZFS, and hope to be able to use it [i]everywhere[/i] as soon as possible.
