There is quite a lot of information out there about ZFS that various Sun and
OpenSolaris community members have posted on their blogs. The problem I see,
and the reason for my question, is that I think for people new to OpenSolaris
and ZFS it can be hard to track down the information you may be looking for.

I guess it's a matter of policy or procedure. If there is a sanctioned,
central place for people to post that useful information I think it could help
newcomers to answer their questions easily.

I don't want to force people to do things a certain way, but I've always felt
that creating a wiki page about a tutorial, like "ZFS Automatic snapshots" or
"Backup and Recovery with ZFS", and then creating a blog post in which one
links to the tutorial and provides sidebar information is extremely effective.
It supports more of a "community" documentation effort, than strictly posting
that information on a blog.
