My Eclipse workspace is /home/dlazzari/workspace My Yocto directory is /home/dlazzari/workspace/Yocto
By moving the Yocto directory to /home/dlazzari/Yocto like you have, it started working. My guess is that it saw that the Yocto directory was already in workspace and got confused thinking it was already an Eclipse project. Thanks for the help!
