I can't test this very conveniently, but I think the release version of Yi may not compile with the latest versions of the packages it depends on. I don't think the current code is releasable --- it's very slow, and many things are flat-out broken, but I don't want to scare off people with a broken package like we have now.
I feel like I'm trying to pull Yi from the grips of death here, but I really do want this project to thrive again. Any ideas on what we should do about the state of the release version?
