So recently I fixed a config issue I had with Urxvt, and stopped using
gnome-terminal. I noticed not long after that the Control-arrow
bindings in Yi (C-Down, C-Up, etc; useful for moving from paragraph to
paragraph) had ceased to work. C-down just printed 'b'; C-up 'a';
C-right 'c'; and C-left 'd'.

However, C-down/up continued to work in emacs -q -nw just fine; and I
eventually got the pango frontend working, and it works fine there
too. So I suspect that this is a bug in vty, since that seems to be
the only absence in the non-working cases. Thoughts? I suppose the bug
could be in yi's use of vty.
