Fix the variable name for "Admin State"
Correct the variable name for "Admin State" to be
correctly displayed in dashboard.

No name for Admin State

Bug description:
OS: AlmaLinux 9.5 64 bit
OpenStack: 2024.2 Dalmatian
In the dashboard there is no definitions for Admin State (see
screenshot), instead of "UP" or "DOWN" we can see only "True" or
"False" (probably definitions of "admin_state_up" variable).
