Fix problem with activate/deactivate image
Fix issue where "Cancel" on deactivate/reactivate image
modal still deactivated/activated the image and
showed an error message

In we click: Deactivate Image and in confirmation window click: Cancel
Error:
Error: Unable to deactivate Image: cirros-0.6.3-x86_64-disk.
And Image deactivated.
Identical problem with activate image.
