Public bug reported: After a set of consecutive errors in the patches opening the DB branches ([1][2][3][4]), it is evident that some kind of testing is needed to prevent these kind of errors. These automated tests will verify that: * The ``NEUTRON_MILESTONES`` list is correctly populated * The last DB migration of the previous release is properly marked with the correct migration tag. * The CLI list ``RELEASES`` have all the releases list.
