Public bug reported:

OpenStack version: 2024.2
OS: Almalinux 9.5

Currently, after creating an instance, there is no clear indication (in
logs or instance parameters) whether the associated volume has the
"Delete Volume on Instance Delete" flag enabled.

This information is critical for ensuring proper volume lifecycle
management and avoiding unexpected storage retention or data loss.

After instance creation, the system should log or display in instance
parameters whether the attached volume(s) have the "Delete Volume on
Instance Delete" flag enabled or disabled.

     Importance: Undecided
         Status: New
