Bug description:
Unable to load instance into rescue mode. Have tried in 2 ways:
1. Load instance from rescue image (systemrescue-11) formatted in iso,
but soon instance falls in error with following errors:

2. Load instance from rescue image formatted in qcow2 (converted via
qemu-img). After it instance falls in error state again, but with
another error:
