The test
(neutron.tests.unit.objects.test_base.BaseDbObjectTestCase.test_get_objects_queries_constant)
is still unstable, but my query haven't found failure of the test.
I close this now but feel free to reopen it if you encounter this issue

Since some time we have quite often issue with unit test
neutron.tests.unit.objects.test_ports.PortBindingLevelDbObjectTestCase
.test_get_objects_queries_constant
It happens also for periodic jobs. Examples of failures from last
