Steps to reproduce

I use demo scipt to launch an instance:
$ . demo-openrc
$ openstack server --debug create --flavor m1.nano --image cirros --nic
net-id=698c77d5-49cb-47f2-8e26-766b2be3783d --security-group default --key-name
mykey selfservice-instance
Expected result
===============
An instance created and show status like
