Hi,
We have an OSA Wallaby setup. When I try to spin up 10 vms at once, 8
vms are getting created fine. But two vms are getting stuck in
scheduling state forever. I cant find their uuids as well in any of the
nova logs except a GET request for a vm in the nova-wsgi logs. Why are
the VMs getting stuck in BUILD state ?
