Cancel volume transfer does not return forever

Bug description:
"Cancel transfer" does not return and the spinner continues
forever.....
Steps to reproduce
- Create volume in the volume trable
- Create transfer for the created volume
- Select "Cancel Transfer" for the same volume
Note that "openstack volume transfer request delete" CLI works well.
