In the network topology view (at least in "flat" view), deleted resources do
not disappear automatically.
Previously (at least in Queens release), deleted resources disappear
automatically.
Steps to reproduce:
- Create some resources (net2, router2, vm1) after running devstack
- Open "network topology view
- Delete some resource from CLI (e.g., openstack network delete net2)
Deleted resource(s) do not disappear even after 5 minutes.
