The online_schema_migration_examples.rst refers to a Database Schema
Migrations doc which doesn't exist. In particular:
For documentation on how to make online migrations move on to
:ref:`Database Schema Migrations <online-migration>`.
I could also not find any appropriate keystone doc for this to link to.
Probably best to remove the sentence altogether.
