flavor id should be the same as the last one when updating
Status in OpenStack Dashboard (Horizon):
Invalid
Bug description:
When updating the flavor, horizon delete and recreate a flavor according to
the specified value.
At that time, horizon should specify the same value as the previous value to
flavor id.
Currently, horizon does not specify the flavor id, so a generated UUID value
is specified.
