Bug description:
Nova Hyper-V driver fails to detach virtual hard disks when using the
virtualizaton v1 WMI namespace.
The reason is that it cannot find the attached resource, using the
wrong resource object connection attribute.
This affects Windows Server 2008 as well as Windows Server 2012 when
the old namespace is used.
