Bug description:
Integration tests contains these two methods with the same function
body:
_wait_till_element_visible
_wait_till_element_disappears
This was accidentaly made by:
https://review.openstack.org/#/c/159869/1
Usage of _wait_till_element_disappears can cause random failure tests
on slower environments.
