Bug description:
ENVIRONMENT: devstack
HOW TO REPRODUCE:
1. Go to "Data Processing" tab.
2. Click on "Jobs".
3. Create a job.
4. Click on "Launch On New Cluster".
5. Choose any plugin and its version.
6. Click on "Job *" . See screenshot-1.png.
7. Click "+". You will see tab like on the screenshot-2.png.
8. Click "Cancel". You will see tab like on the screenshot-3.png
EXPECTED RESULT:
