Bug description:
In Configuring Federation documentation section all the external links are
break
https://github.com/openstack/keystone/blob/master/doc/source/configure_federation.rst#configuring-federation
I think there is only one link (python-openstackclient) right, all
other are break, I mean, linked to 404 Page Not Found.
