Bug description:
In edge_appliance_driver.py, there is a comma added when setting the
datacenter moid, so the result is the value datacenter moid is changed
to the tuple type, that is wrong.
if datacenter_moid:
edge['datacenterMoid'] = datacenter_moid, ===> Should remove the ','
return edge
