Currently there are no functional tests for metadata seeding for glance-
manage. This tests should cover a specific lifecycle of metadata using
three api methods:
db_load_metadefs
db_unload_metadefs
db_export_metadefs
This tests concerns json files stored in /glance/etc/metadefs
