Public bug reported: We have hacking checks to prevent importing anything other than a module. The exception to this is the `_` translation function.
Now that we're using `_LW`, `_LE`, etc we need to include those as exceptions as well. This involves just modifying the tox.ini to includes these exceptions explicitly.
