l3-agent flag br-ex does not exists

Bug description:
I have installed Openstack Grizzly using this tuts:

I am using LinuxBridge and I wonder why l3-agent.log giving me br-ex
does not exists.
As the result of this error, all external ports is in Down Status.
i cant access or ping my VM outside of the Openstack, Even locally I can't
access the VMs via Ping or SSh.
