Support one or both of the following:
nova --os_tenant_name TenantA keypair-list
nova keypair-list --all-tenants
Currently you can only see (a) keypairs you uploaded or (b) all of the
keypairs within your tenant if you are an admin. Furthermore,
--os_tenant_name does not allow you to switch tenants for this purpose.
