Ubuntu 23.10 Mantic Minotaur End of Life was July 11, 2024, see https://wiki.ubuntu.com/Releases and https://xubuntu.org/release/23-10/ . It's probably still available. I don't know. https://www.google.com/search?q=xubuntu+23.10+internet+archive At least Xubuntu 23.10 Pre-Final x64 (20231009.1 daily) is available. https://archive.org/details/xubuntu2310-231009-1-daily https://archive.org/download/xubuntu2310-231009-1-daily/xubuntu-23.10-prefinal-desktop-amd64.iso Without a GPG signed checksum ;).
