I have no idea what an "internet stick" is, but I assume it's a plug-in
USB 3G/4G SIM with a modem. Is this true?

sure !

it being a million mass product > ZTE MF 190
I have used with a windows xp for a decade now

but it has in addition
a virtual cd on the same stick
having to be installed on any os
to being able not only to a connection
to the internet

but as well sms service and tools to monitor
data activity etc

What happens when you plug it in? Can you describe this without ranting?

I am not ranting !
but telling just in a very diplomatic way ... this failure

of nothing happening when I stick this into any usb port
but more over of no one here being any help

not on this subject alone
but this checking out the validity
of any such download ?

this being simply more
then the general pc user
being able to

then why would I even waste more time ?

If it really doesn't work, then it's either broken or too proprietary
and you need to replace it with a better device.
