Hi, On the Get Xubuntu website (http://xubuntu.org/getxubuntu/), the mirror for Canada has a bad link. The link has an extra “a” character at the end. The link as copied from the website: http://mirror.csclub.uwaterloo.ca/xubuntu-releases/16.04/releasea . (Sorry, didn’t want to torrent on this computer.)
