Hi, Two questions on Ebook Creator:
I have a pretty simple book with several chapters, each of which has an HTML file. These start with an <h1> for the chapter title, and then <h2> etc for sections, subsections etc within the chapter. The .ebook file links to these from <chapter> eleements.I am creating an EPUB from this. Right now the EPUB has the chapter names repeated at the beginning of each chapter – one header for the chapter element, and then an identical header from the <h1>. What’s the best way to prevent this? Also, I would like the EPUB TOC to have a depth of 2 – chapters and sections. I with tocdepth=”2” (or 10!) on the <book> element, I just get the chapters listed in the TOC, not sure why. Thanks for any help! Boris
