In the source view, the (undocumented) keyboard shortcuts related to
collapsing/expanding source sections are:

Ctrl-NUMERIC_KEYPAD_SUBTRACT Collapse
Ctrl-NUMERIC_KEYPAD_ADD Expand
Ctrl-NUMERIC_KEYPAD_DIVIDE Collapse All
Ctrl-NUMERIC_KEYPAD_MULTIPLY Expand All

These keyboard shortcuts are not really useful and seem to be error
prone. Therefore they will be all removed in XXE V9.3.
