parsing error and I can’t change back to “DITA topic view” or even “no

Hints on using the [+] option would be appreciated! or (worst case)
confirmation that collapse/expand relies on correct parsing … so I’m
stuck with losing my half-completed changes.
In the source view, the (undocumented) keyboard shortcuts related to
collapsing/expanding source sections are:
Ctrl-NUMERIC_KEYPAD_SUBTRACT Collapse
Ctrl-NUMERIC_KEYPAD_ADD Expand
Ctrl-NUMERIC_KEYPAD_DIVIDE Collapse All
Ctrl-NUMERIC_KEYPAD_MULTIPLY Expand All
These keyboard shortcuts are not really useful and seem to be error
prone. Therefore they will be all removed in XXE V9.3.
