The solution in our case was to follow your suggestion and set display scaling
to 300%, which works well.
There is one exception though -- the scroll bar does not seem to scale and ends
up extremely thin.
That, however, is just a slight annoyance, not a major problem.

In the "Display scaling" frame, click "Use custom settings" then use the
slider to increase the "Display scaling" percentage.

screenshot and also a copy of your working environment (for that, please
use the "Copy" button of "Help|About XMLmind XML Editor") because this
would mean that you have uncovered a bug.
