I can send you privately a screenshot showing this, in comparison with
another application (so that you can see the system is not configured to
use such small fonts by default).

I know how to change the font size of the content larger, but not sure
how to change the interface fonts.
If the above FAQ does not apply to your issue, then:
--> Please do *NOT* change the font size of the content.
--> Instead, please select "Options|Preferences", "General" section.
In the "Display scaling" frame, click "Use custom settings" then use the
slider to increase the "Display scaling" percentage.
See attached screenshot. (On the 4K screen of my Linux box, I use a
custom value of 175%.)

This setting is done once for all.
