Hi Hussein, I am Anand and I work as a technical writer in a small organization, so far our organization has used word and Microsoft HTML help to produce documentation outputs.
Now, that our organization, is planning to move away from word because of its many constraints, I am planning to recommend XMLMind DITA Editor. But, when I went through the website, I found the installation Instructions of - XMLmind DITA Editor Personal Edition and XMLmind XML Editor Personal Edition on Windows, pointing to the same page http://www.xmlmind.com/xmleditor/_distrib/doc/help/installing_xxe.html#install_windows .
