conversion of wss.ditamap is falling over, and I don't understand the message.
Please let me know what I've done wrong this time! Note that I did run Check
map first; it reported no errors.
I've attached a .zip with the source files, though this is embarrassing large
because it's a book I inherited and I have not yet had time to check the
graphics. The log is here:
