Good afternoon! as one of our ditamap documents gets bigger, and slightly more formal, we realise we're going to need to move it to a bookmap so we can have front-matter, appendixes and back-matter. No problem there ... but what we do not want is level one headings with the prefix Chapter and a page-break. I hoped I might be able to adjust something in the xslt, but I haven't managed to find out how.
