I have a second-level topic in a chapter. The chapter title topic is
rendered correctly Chapter 3, and the topic title is rendered correctly
as 3.1.6 Public keys certificate.



Using a reltable to include a Related information section elsewhere,
though, is not giving me the required results. I really want to see the
unique reference

and all I’ve managed so far is either

This is unhelpful, because it divides the two pieces of information that
identify the topic. Concatenating the information correctly identifies
section 3.1.6, but that numbering is not visible on the page.

or

                This is unnecessary, because the first 3. in the Section
reference identifies the chapter. Concatenating the information
identifies a non-existent 3.3.1.6 …



I hope there’s a switch or combination of switches that will generate
