[Error] xhtml5_noscript.xsd:616:34: cos-nonambig: "http://www.w3.org/1999/xhtml":figcaption and "http://www.w3.org/1999/xhtml":figcaption (or elements from their substitution group) violate "Unique Particle Attribution". During validation against this schema, ambiguity would be created for those two particles.

However, XMLmind XML Editor does *not* use Xerces to perform schema or instance validation and does not care about "Unique Particle Attribution". So this is no really a problem when our XHTML5 schema is used in the context of XMLmind XML Editor.

I *think* that what you say here is that you have, as a response to my report, now replaced the code with some new code which, however, causes some trouble inside Xerces which, however, is no problem since XMLmind XML Editor ignores the "Unique Particle Attribution". Sounds good enough for me!
