I remember you've already advised me not to worry too much about overflows, but the current doc still puzzles me. It doesn't help that each page has two numbers :-} "output page", referenced in the Acrobat toolbar as (n of m), and "body page" shown in the footer and in the Acrobat 'go to page' field.
